ADA recommends that ideally toothbrushes should be replaced every 3 to 4 months. Bristle toothbrush that is torn or worn less effective at cleaning teeth. Brush your child's teeth may need more frequent replacement. You also need to replace your toothbrush after suffering from toothache.
