Using cloning technology, reportedly Brasilia Zoological Garden in collaboration with the Brazilian Government's Agricultural ResearchAgency (Embrapa) intends to carry out cloning in eight species of rare animals there, including the maned wolf (Chrysocyonbrachyurus), the jaguar (Panthera onca) and the black lion tamarin(Leontopithecus chrysopygus).
Maned wolf hunter himself as an animal, as quoted fromwikipedia.org, when it's so rare in South America. He is the onlyspecies of the genus Chrysocyon in this world. While the jaguar is an animal felines belonging to the genus Pantera.
These animals are wild cats and the third after harimaudan lion isthe largest cat in the western hemisphere. Medium black liontamarin monkey is a type whose existence is now very rare, which isonly about 1,000 animals in the world. Scientists estimate that these animals will be extinct in 65 years after its discovery back in 1970ago.
